3. Owner Engineer:

Acting on behalf of the Owner, we review technical decisions and the project progress of third-party EPCM or EPC providers. Additionally, we provide the Owner with advice and recommendations to facilitate critical project decisions.

4. Project Health Assessment:

For projects in progress, act as an independent third party to review project processes for issues, identify risk areas and recommend remedies where needed.

5. Operations Support:

Facility and equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, simulations, de-bottlenecking, operational and process analysis.
